PMCPatricia Morris Cardona grew up in the pine forests near Lake Huron in rural Michigan. The small town where she was bused to school had a population of less than a 1000 people. She was always aware of and attracted to the Native American culture and history of the land she grew up in. It had been a hunting ground and fishing area of several Native American tribes and arrow heads were prevalent in the area.

Patricia was active in high school doing well with her studies and enjoying active extra curricular activities such as band, cheerleading, interpretive speech contests, horse back riding and 4H. These were the activities available to her in the late 1960’s. She also worked from age 13 on to earn money for her clothes and to save to go to college. When she graduated from Au Gres Sims High School in 1969 she had saved enough money to go to college for one year. The choices she was told were available to her for one year of college were nursing skills, secretarial skills and beauty salon skills.

Patricia chose to go to school for nursing and became a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1970. She immediately moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan to work and expand her understanding and view of the world. She continued to work her way through college and graduated in 1977 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Patricia began studying alternative forms of health and healing in from 1977 on. She began by studying and experimenting with various healing diets such as wild and natural foods, vegetarianism, fasting, macrobiotic diets to name a few of the diets she studied to see their healing effect on herself and others. Patricia also, began studying hands-on healing with the Alive Polarity Fellowship in Ann Arbor, Michigan and in California. She focused on healing and began her spiritual studies too which included spiritual teachers one at a time from various traditions such as Kundalini Yoga a traditional practice from India and Native American Spirituality.

Patricia Morris Cardona, MS, APRN, BC, graduated from the University of Michigan with a Masters Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and a Clinical Specialist Certification as a therapist in 1989.

Patricia studied alternative healing and spirituality with many teachers and sacred sites in the United States, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, England and Ireland in order to enhance her natural abilities, which she uses to assist clients with their healing and growth.

Patricia has studied with the following spiritual teachers: Swami Chetananda, a Kundalini Master; Chunyi Lin, A Qigong Master; Michael Silverman, a Heart/Mind Master; Hunbatz Men, a Mayan Elder Shaman; Don Alejandro, a Guatemalan Mayan Elder; Master Nazul, a Mayan Elder; Anna Marie Vergara, a Mayan Fire Priestess; Willaru Huayta, a Peruvian Elder; Pa'Ris'Ha, a Cherokee Elder; Eagle Man, Oglala Sioux Elder and Matt Furey; a Zen Master.

Through intuitive counseling, Patricia helps individuals obtain a greater understanding of the movements or changes in thought process or actions that will help create healthier and happier lives, work and relationships.

Patricia helps the individual with the use of meditation to connect with and recognize their own higher spiritual movement. She actively works to help them remember the feeling response of connecting with the light and love energies available to us all.

During her free time, Patricia enjoys flying as a Private Pilot.

As part of development of Mind, Body and Spirit, she currently holds a 1st Degree Black Belt in Aiki-Ninjutsu, under Kan-cho Thomas Jotoshi Maienza, and a 3rd Degree black belt in To-shin Do (a descendent of Ninjutsu).

Patricia works with an individual's energy fields to remove negative energy,enliven, realign, and refresh the field. She teaches the individual various methods that can be used to work with their own energy fields, to continue to stabilize and heal on a daily basis.
